In 8.5.*,
steps 1 and 2 (or thereabouts) say:
1. Let handler the value of the [[ProxyHandler]] internal data property of O.
2. Let target the value of the [[ProxyTarget]] internal data property of O.
In every case, insert "be" before the first "the".
