In 15.3.4.5 "Function.prototype.bind (thisArg [, arg1 [, arg2, …]])",
step 4 says:
Let F be the result of the abstract operation BoundFuctionCreate
with arguments Target, thisArg, and A.
Change "BoundFuctionCreate" to "BoundFunctionCreate" (insert 'n').
