In phrases like
Throw a FooError exception
the spec usually gives the "FooError" in a bold font, but about 1/5th of the time it doesn't. E.g., see 10.2.1.1.5, which has non-bolded "ReferenceError" at step 4 and a bolded "TypeError" at step 5.
It would be nice (though pretty low priority) for that to be made consistent.
