In "7.2 White Space",
in Table 2 "Whitespace Characters",
the last two rows are actually a single row with stacked content in the cells.
You can see this in the PDF by selecting text from (say) "Zs" to "<USP>". The intervening text "Any other Unicode" is highlighted as expected, but "Byte Order Mark" and "<BOM>" from the preceding line are highlighted as well.
