In 15.11.1.1 "Error (message)",
step 6 is simply:
Else,
However, such a step should be:
(a) immediately preceded by a step that begins with "If" or "Else if", and
(b) immediately followed by substeps,
neither of which is true in this case.
Delete the step?
Ditto all that re 15.11.7.1.1 "NativeError (message)", step 6.
