In 15.13.6.4.7 "TypedArray.prototype.set(array, offset = 0 )" and
in 15.13.6.4.8 "TypedArray.prototype.set(typedArray, offset = 0 )",
step 10 says:
If targetOffset < 0, then throw a RangeError exception.
where "target" is upright and "Offset" is italic.
Put "target" in italic too.
(As in Bug 1309. Looks like the typo was copy/pasted before it was fixed.)
