In 15.13.6.4.10 "TypedArray.prototype.@@elementGet ( index )"
and 15.13.6.4.11 "TypedArray.prototype.@@elementSet ( index, value )",
step 1 says:
Assert: Type(index) is number and index is an integer.
Change "number" to "Number".
Put the second "index" in an italic font.
