In 10.1.2 Extended Code...

The first para says:
"Extended code is any any code..."
Delete one "any".

Also,
"... that contains occurances of ..."
Change "occurances" to "occurrences".

Also,
"...productions define subsequent to..."
Change "define" to "defined".

The last para says:
"The “strict code” includes both actual strict mode code ..."
After "The", insert "phrase"? "term"?
Append "and extended code"?

Also,
"while “extended code” islucco only used to to mean actual extended code."
Change "islucco" to "is".
Delete one "to"
