Normally, the phrase "the this value" has "this" in a bold font.
Here are the few cases where it doesn't:
15.2.4.6 / Note
15.5.3 / para 3
15.5.3.9 / para 1
15.7.3 / para 3
15.10.5.14 / para 2
15.13.7.4.2 / step 1
15.13.7.4.10 / step 1
Also, 10.2.1.3 / para 1 has "the this value" with 'this' in a monospace font, which is odd.
