The "Scrap Heap" runs for about 12 pages, then there's the Bibliography, then there's another (half-)page of (presumably) Scrap.
Is the Bibliography supposed to be part of the Scrap Heap? If not, the two chunks of Scrap should be joined. Also, I think it'd be better if the Scrap Heap were at the very end of the doc, i.e. after the Bibliography.
Or you could just delete it. (Save it somewhere else.)
