26.2.9.1 and 29.2.9.2 don't seem to correspond to anything in the document. Diod you get the section number wrong?

I got the section numbers right, but it turns out they're in the Scrap Heap.
As in Bug 1894, I encourage you to jettison the Scrap Heap.

fixed issue in 4.4.
The scrapheap will go away when I'm certain stuff won't get resurrected (it happens)

Sure, fine, but does it have to appear in published drafts? Couldn't you maintain it in a separate document?
