Section 6.1.5 The Symbol Type mentions "Symbol values have a single observable attribute...", however observable is not mentioned in the terms and definitions.

You probably should be more concerned about the meaning of "attribute" in this context. Regardless, I reworded the phrase to eliminate "observable".
