- In 11.8.5.3 Static Semantics: FlagText, the list starts with step 2.

- In 13.2.1.2, production "BindingIdentifier : yield", the list starts with step 2.

- In 13.11.5 Runtime Semantics: CaseBlockEvaluation, production "CaseBlock : { CaseClauses_opt DefaultClause CaseClauses_opt }", under step 6.b.i, two substeps have the number 2.

- In the same algorithm, after step 6, the 7th-13th steps are numbered 2-8.

- In 19.1.3.8 Object.getOwnPropertySymbols ( O ), the list starts with step 2.

- In 19.1.3.16.1 MixinProperties( target, source ), after step 7.d.iv, the fifth step is numbered "ii."

- In the same algorithm, after step 7, the 8th and 9th steps are numbered 6. and 7. (Also there is a typo in that 8th step: "pendngException".)
