9.1.15.12, RebindSuper, steps 3-4 copy all internal data properties and internal methods to the new function object. This may include properties or methods other than the standard ones from 6.1.7.2 and 9.1.15. For example the internal data property [[initializedIntlObject]] from the Intl specification. It's not clear whether this is the intentional behaviour.

yes, its intended to include all of them including things like [[InitializedIntlObject]]
