In 12.4.5.1 "Runtime Semantics: Evaluation",
step 4 says:
Return a String determined by Type(val) according to Table 31.
but the last 4 rows of the table make it clear that the result is *not* determined solely by Type(val).
Change "Type(val)" to just "val".
