8.3.1 ResolveBinding(name), preamble:
> Identifier resolution is the process of determining the binding of name [...]
But with "Identifier Resolution" renamed to "ResolveBinding", the use of "Identifier resolution" in the preamble looks wrong - it's difficult to relate that term with the method name.
