#2215 — odd formatting of Notes

Usually, the spec formats Notes like paragraphs, with all lines flush-left.
But in:
12.4.4.1 Static Semantics: Early Errors
12.13.5.1 Static Semantics: Early Errors
13.6.4.1 Static Semantics: Early Errors
each has a Note where:
(a) the word "NOTE" is slightly indented; and
(b) subsequent lines are significantly indented.

(Of course, in 12.4.4.1, the second line is code, so indenting it is fine, but the third line should be flush-left.)

fixed in rev22 editor's draft

No, these are all the same in rev22.

fixed in Rev22 (January 20, 2013) release

No really, these aren't fixed in rev22.

Still not fixed in rev 23.

Section numbers are now: 12.5.4.1, 12.14.5.1, 13.6.4.1

I'm now thinking that I prefer the indented style. I think I may switch all notes to that style, if I can get the Ecma style police to go along.

In that case, please revisit Bug 1237.

In rev 33, the anomalies are still present in 12.5.4.1 and 13.6.4.1.
(The latter is just a one-line Note, so it only has anomaly (a).)

fixed 12.5.4.1 and 13.6.4.1 in rev34 editor's draft
