In 22.2.1.1 "%TypedArray% ( length )",
step 7 says:
If the value of O’s [[ViewedArrayBuffer]] internal slot is not undefined,
then throw a TypeError exception.Let constructorName be the string value
O’s [[TypedArrayName]] internal slot.
Split it into two steps starting at "Let".
