In rev 22 there is a step 2:
> 2. Return false.
In rev 23 the indentation was changed; this step was moved into the preceding loop:
> iii. Return false.
It's a bug.
(I found this by chance, spot-checking the diff between the HTML versions of rev 22 and 23.)
