I was reading through the 5.1 spec and discovered a single use of "initialization", where "initialisation" is the preferred spelling throughout. This lead me to check the latest draft where I discovered many uses of both spellings.

Sorry, the search I did had been scoped to near the end of the document, it appears there are many mixed spellings in 5.1, which I understand cannot be changed at this point, I just wanted to be accurate in my report.
