The PDF table of contents (accessible, for example, as a left-hand sidebar in Preview on Mac) of the PDF version of rev 25 draft contains numerous spurious entries:
Between 7.4.2 and 7.4.3, five times 1.1.1.
Between 9.2.1 and 9.2.2, sixteen times 1.1.1.
Between 9.2.8 and 9.2.9, four times 1.1.1.
Between 9.2.11 and 9.2.12, five times 1.1.1.
Between 9.4.3.3 and 9.4.3.4, 1.1.1.1.
Between 9.4.5.5 and 9.4.5.6, 1.1.1.1.
As first item under 9.4.6, 1.1.1.1.
Between 11.6 and 11.7, 1.1.
Between 19.2.3 and 19.2.4, but at the top level, F[@@hasInstance](v).
... and probably more.
Do you see any of these in the "clean" version that doesn't have any change markup.
These spurious entries seem to be caused by unaccepted deletes that exist in the version with markup. The only why I've found to get rid of them is to "accept all changes"
In rev 25, I see these entries in the "no change markup" version. The versions with change markup look far worse...
In rev 26, I don't see these entries anymore.
I did an accept-all-changes for rev26-nomoark rather than just using the no-markup option on the PDF generator.
