Ecma standards are usually formatted to be printed as books, with clearly distinguished left and right pages: Even-numbered pages are on the left, with the page number in the lower left corner and a wider margin on the right hand side, while odd-numbered pages are on the right, with the page number in the lower right corner and a wider margin on the left hand side.
The PDF version of the revision 25 draft no longer follows that format: All pages are formatted as right hand pages, with the page number in the lower right corner.
