Section 25.4.1.4 "Promise Resolve Functions"
used to be 25.4.1.3.2, a sibling to 25.4.1.3.1 "Promise Reject Functions".
Was that level-change intentional?
The former location seems to make more sense.

It was pretty clearly intentional, but now it isn't clear what motivated the change.
Reverting back to the original structuring.
Fixed in rev26 editor's draft.
