Table 35 says the [[Modules]] field of a Loader Record has type
"List of Record {[[Name]], [[Module]]} where [[Name]] is a String and [[Module]] is a Module Record"
But "Module Record" is not mentioned anywhere else, and actually the Records in [[Modules]] are everywhere else treated as {[[key]], [[value]]} Records.
