- In 9.4.5.2, the steps are numbered 1, 2, 3, 5.
- In 14.6.2.1, production "LabelledStatement : LabelIdentifier : LabelledItem", there's only a step 2, no step 1. (This is at the top of the page numbered 290, which is page 310 of the PDF.)
