8.10.4 "FromPropertyDescriptor" in step 2 and
15.2.3.5 "Object.create ..." in step 2 say:
"... as if by the expression new Object() where Object is ..."
In each case, "new Object()" and "Object" should be in monospace bold.

Corrected in May 4 2012 draft.
replaced "as if by" with an abstract operation
