In 11.8.6.1 "Static Semantics: TV’s and TRV’s",
bullets 11 and 23 define the TV and TRV of
TemplateCharacter ::
SourceCharacter but not one of ` or \ or $ or LineTerminatorSequence
In each case, delete "Sequence".
