In 11.1 "Unicode Format-Control Characters",
in Table 32 "Format-Control Code Point Usage",
the dividing line between the first 2 columns has a 'jog' in it.
The two pieces should be aligned.
Similarly, the column-header "Name" should be left-aligned with the content of the column.
