In 12.14.5.3 "Runtime Semantics: IteratorDestructuringAssignmentEvaluation",
in group 7,
steps 9.c.i and 10 refer to /lref/,
but it looks like the /lref/ is not necessarily defined there,
since step 1.a hasn't necessarily been executed.

Never mind, I see that the cases where /lref/ is not defined terminate in step 8.
