In 10.5.3 "Function Declaration Instantiation",
in the algorithm,
step 2 says:
"Let strict be be ..."
Delete one "be".
Similarly in 15.12.3 "stringify",
algorithm #1, step 9 says:
"Let wrapper be be ..."
