In 13.1 "Function Definitions",
under "Runtime Semantics: Instantiate Function Declaration" / rule 1
and "Runtime Semantics: Evaluation" / rule 2+3,
there's a step that says:
"Performing the abstract operation MakeConstructor with argument ..."
Change "Performing" to "Perform".
