In 11.8.4.3 "Static Semantics: SV’s",
Table 34 "String Single Character Escape Sequences"
does not have vertical lines separating its columns,
or horizontal lines separating its rows
(other than the line under the header row).
I think it's the only table in the spec that's styled that way.
For consistency, style it like other tables.
