In 12.14 "The 'try' Statement",
under "Runtime Semantics: Catch Clause Evaluation",
step 3 says:
"For each element argName of the BoundNames of CatchParameter, do"
where the "do" (and also the preceding comma) is italicized.
Change them to an upright font.
