Step 3: Typo "opts" -> "options"
Step 5.a.iv: Omit "then"
Step 6.a.iv: Omit "then"

Also: There are extra steps i. and ii. before and iii. and iv. after the algorithm.

Unfortunately, I've already submitted 2nd edition to Ecma. I've just emailed Allen to find out what the hard deadline is, maybe I have time to fix all of these.

Fixed.

Word seems to have re-numbered many lists and added phantom items everywhere.

Hmm okay. I just did a real quick review of the rest of the spec, so some more bug reports will follow.

Sorry about these last minute reviews, I thought ECMA-402 was published (*) after ES2015.

(*) or sent to ECMA for review? I don't know the exact procedure for ECMA specifications.

Don't be sorry, I was just panicking. I appreciate all the work you put in to review and file these bugs. In the future, I will make sure I have a better idea of when the submission date is, and I will make sure you're also aware.
