In 12.3.2 "Property Accessors",
in the grammatical forms,
all the terminal symbols (square brackets and dots)
are in monospace-bold-italic.
They should be in monospace-bold-upright.

Similiarly, in 11.7 "Punctuators",
in the production 2 (DivPunctuator),
the terminal symbols (/ and /=)
are in monospace-bold-italic,
should be in monospace-bold-upright
