#500 — "quasi" is not a noun

The spec draft uses "quasi" in several places as if it were a noun. In normal English usage, it isn't - it's normally used as a prefix meaning (according to the Concise Oxford English Dictionary) "seemingly" or "being partly or almost".

"Quasi-literal" could be a noun. There may be other quasi-things.
