In 11.1.9 "Quasi Literals",
under "Runtime Semantics: ArgumentListEvaluation",
in the definition of the abstract operation GetQuasiCallSite,
step 7 says:
"Let index be 0."
where "index" is in upright font.
Change it to italic font.
