In 7.8.6 "Quasi Literal Lexical Components",
under "Static Semantics: QV's and RQV's",
one of the rules refers to "code unit value 0x078".
Since the spec normally gives code unit values with 4 hex digits,
"0x078" should probably be "0x0078".

Similarly, in 15.7.4.6 "Number.prototype.toExponential",
step 10.b refers to "the code unit 0x30",
which should maybe be "the code unit 0x0030".
