Various subsections of 15.10.2 use the phrase "internal array"
(to describe the 'type' of a State's 'captures' property),
but do not define it.
Why not instead use the term "list", as defined in 8.7?

15.10 was originally written using its own specification conventions that don't quite match the rest of the spec. There is some significant rework need to make the regexp spec. match web reality. It make the most sense to clean on the conventions used within 15.10 when that rework is done.
