In 11.4 "Unary Operators",
under "Static Semantics: Early Errors",
rule 1 bullet 1 says:
It is a Syntax Error if the UnaryExpression is contained in strict
code and the derived UnaryExpression is the Identifier eval
or the Identifier arguments.
For consistency, put both occurrences of 'Identifier' in an italic font,
and put 'eval' and 'arguments' in a monospace font.
