In 11.1 "Primary Expressions",
under "Static Semantics: IsValidSimpleAssignmentTarget",
rule 2 step 2 says:
If this PrimaryExpression is contained in strict codeand StringValue
of Identifier is "eval" or "arguments", then return false.
Change "codeand" to "code and".
(Also, in the rule, the steps are numbered 2 and 3, should be 1 and 2.)
