In 11.13.1 "Destructuring Assignment"
under "Runtime Semantics: Indexed Destructuring Assignment Evaluation",
rule 2 step 5 says:
Let status be the result of performing Keyed Destructuring Assignment
Evaluation of AssignmentElement with obj and name p as the arguments.
Delete the word "p".
