In 12.11 "The switch Statement",
under "Runtime Semantics: Case Block Evaluation",
rule 2 step 6.b.ii.1 says:
Evaluate CaseClause and let R be the result.
but CaseClause isn't (quite) defined.
After "CaseClause", insert the metavariable "C" (as in step 4.b.i and 12.b).
