In 15.3.4.5.1 "[[Call]]",
the preamble says:
When the [[Call]] internal method of a function object, F, which was
created using the bind function is called with parameters thisArgument
and argumentsList, a List of ECMAScript, the following steps are taken:
After "a List of ECMAScript", insert "values", presumably.
