In 12.2.4 "Destructuring Binding Patterns"
under "Runtime Semantics: Keyed Binding Initialisation",
rule 1 step 1 says:
Let v be the result of calling the [[Get]] internal method of obj
with argument propertyName.
where 'obj' is in an upright font.
Change it to an italic font.
