In 9.2.4 "IsConstructor",
para 1 says:
The abstract operation IsCallable determines if its argument, which
must be an ECMAScript language value value or a Completion Record,
is a function object with a [[Construct]] internal method.
Change "IsCallable" to "IsConstructor".
Change "value value" to "value".
