15.4.3.3 "Array.of ( ...items )" step 4
and
15.4.3.4 "Array.from ( arrayLike )" step 7
invoke "isConstructor(C)".
But assuming they're referring to 9.2.4 "IsConstructor",
they should change the "i" to "I".
